1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• Is not an employee, agent, contractor or immediate family member of any fz150 employee.

Fz150 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only at fz150. Holding more than one account ("duplicate account") is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as per a valid Malaysian identity card or passport.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address reachable for official fz150 communications.
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number.

False or misleading account information may result in account termination and voided winnings. fz150 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the member.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Fz150 accepts deposits only via approved payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Deposit methods supported by fz150 include:

5 Withdrawals

Fz150 members are entitled to withdraw funds from their account subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• No outstanding bonus rollover requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per application.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM30,000. Winnings exceeding this limit will be processed within 3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name – transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Fz150 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 2 hours for standard bank transfers. In certain cases requiring further review, the process may take up to 24 business hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Fz150 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following situations:

• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or related criminal conduct.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, fz150 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including cash and unused bonuses. If the closure is at the member's own request or for reasons not involving a breach, the cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 business days.
